Terms of Service

By accessing or using Reqrium ("the Platform," "we," "our," or "us") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Reqrium is a wallet intelligence and transparency platform. It aggregates publicly available blockchain data, community-submitted reports, and external data sources to provide trust scoring, scam detection, and charity verification for Web3 wallets.

Information provided by the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or compliance advice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

To access authenticated features you must connect a compatible Web3 wallet and sign a message proving ownership of that wallet address. We do not collect or store your private keys.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your wallet.

You may submit reports flagging wallets as suspected scams, fraudulent, or otherwise high-risk. By submitting a report you represent that you have a good-faith basis for the submission and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting false, malicious, or defamatory reports is prohibited and may result in suspension of your account.

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any report at our discretion.

Trust scores, risk assessments, and wallet profiles on Reqrium are generated from public data and community submissions. They are not legal determinations and may contain errors or omissions.

Reqrium makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information on the Platform. Do not rely solely on Reqrium information when making financial or legal decisions.

You may not use the Platform to: (a) submit false or misleading reports; (b) harass, defame, or target individuals; (c) scrape or harvest data in a manner that disrupts the service; (d) reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (e) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or (f) impersonate another person or entity.

The Reqrium name, logo, and all original content, features, and functionality on the Platform are owned by Reqrium and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Publicly available blockchain data aggregated and displayed by the Platform is sourced from third parties and attributed where possible. We claim no ownership over such third-party data.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REQRIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reqrium and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction where Reqrium operates.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
